CANCELLATION POLICY
At Cherry On Top Studio your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that any cancellations or scheduling requests be made at least 24 hours In advance. All deposits are non-refundable. This fee is to secure your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will resign forfeiture of the deposit. Clients who no-show or cancel last minute will be required to place an additional deposit when booking future appointments. This ensures that we can continue to provide a seamless scheduling experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and commitment to provide quality service.
